North Canberra is the home of Brindabella Physical Culture Club (also known as Physie). Brindabella is associated with BjP Physical Culture.
Physie is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. Fun, upbeat, pop music is the soundtrack to a sport that fuses dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga. Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture (BjP’s) choreography & music changes annually and is designed for variety and fun. Physie is an individual & also synchronised, team-based sport that’s social, fun, affordable and an excellent low impact dance and aerobic activity. Physie is set up with 5 individual dances that has age appropriate choreography. The benefits for yourself or your daughter from Physie are endless but some key areas are increased co-ordination, brain development, confidence, flexibility and strength. At Brindabella we promote self-confidence, striving for personal growth & goals and most importantly a fun, safe, friendly club!
Brindabella Physical Culture Club offer classes for girls & women aged from 3 years up. We also offer the first two lessons FREE to all new enquiries.
